Whether you are a ‘snowbird’, an avid golfer or just looking for a weekend getaway, St. George is the place for you.  Let’s take a look at the top golf courses in St. George.  Even though this list will not have all the golf courses in St. George, you can’t go wrong with any of them.  We all know the old saying, “Golf fixes every problem in your life and is way better than what you are currently doing…” or something like that.  Anyways, without further ado, here are some of the most beautiful courses that St. George has to offer.

Dixie Red Hills Golf Course – 9 Holes

What it lacks in number of holes, Dixie Red Hills makes up with in scenery.  This stunning course is surrounded, literally built in a canyon, by that famous red rock that St. George is known for.  It isn’t the hardest course but this par 34 is fun and will give you a run for your money.

Coral Canyon Golf Course – 18 Holes

As one of Utah’s top courses Coral Canyon is sure to please.  With the well-kept greens and red rocks as a backdrop, it really sets this course apart from others.  Make sure you bring your A-game because this is not for the weak of heart.

Sand Hollow Golf Course – 27 Holes

Sand Hollow sits right next to a reservoir which creates a serene feeling that adds to the mystique of the course.  Located in Hurricane (technically not in St. George) you will want to make sure that your putting is “up to par” because these greens are unforgiving.

Sky Mountain Golf Course – 18 Holes

Also situated in Hurricane, about 20 minutes away from St. George, Sky Mountain is yet another breath-taking course. Named for its elevated tee boxes and open to the public year-round.  These links are sure to test your limits and show off the dazzling surrounding landscape.  If you are lucky, you might even see some of the wildlife running around in the nearby desert.
