2013 Utah Housing Market Forecast

NBC recently came out with an article with an overview of the top 10 states with the strongest housing markets. Utah is of course included in that list at #3 (just below Arizona and Idaho) for a few very good reasons.

The medium home price throughout Utah is $129,000, and people are buying again. Down in St. George, inventory is even running thin, leading to more construction which ultimately means more jobs.

St George Offers First Time Home Buyers Assistance Program

Hit Bottom? Housing prices show signs of rising as number of homes on market drops.
